We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Every effort has been made to display the colours and images of the products and services, that appear online, as accurately as possible. Colour variances are to be expected however, as colours displayed online may not match the exact colour of actual products. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change, update information, or cancel orders where applicable.

PRICING DISCLAIMER
All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price on the website, this may be due to an error or change in pricing information received from our suppliers or due to fluctuating exchange rates and Zen Attire reserves the right to refuse to honour any incorrect prices on the website.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
Stock of all Goods on offer is limited. In the case of Goods for sale by Zen Attire Shop, we will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after placing an order, Zen Attire Shop will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for such Goods. In the case of Goods for sale by a Third Party Seller, Zen Attire Shop relies on inventory information supplied by the relevant Third Party Seller and Zen Attire Shop accordingly bears no liability for any inaccuracies in the information supplied to it. Consequently, should you order any Goods from a Third Party Seller which are in fact sold-out, Zen Attire Shop will not be held responsible and you will be refunded, your respective rights and obligations being as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Zen Attire Shop will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our website inventory is up to date, but due to constant varying in stock, this might not be on a daily basis. Zen Attire Shop cannot guarantee older stock that was removed from our website will be added again.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
When using our website, or corresponding with us, it is your responsibility to make sure that all your personal and credit card details are current, complete and accurate. Any transaction processed incorrectly due to user error, resulting in any financial costs, will be strictly for the user’s account and treated at Management’s discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Please contact us with details about the incorrect/damaged/faulty product received, along with the barcode, or the description of how the product is faulty. We will ensure the correct/new product is delivered to you (subject to stock availability) or you will receive a full refund by way of gift card or cash (refund back into the card used to make the purchase).
Criteria for return requests:

Include order number, description and pictures of faults if applicable.
Requests for returns must be logged within 7 days of the delivery date.
Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.
Item/s must be in their original packaging, with labels attached, undamaged.
Correctly supplied items will be returned/exchanged at management discretion. 15% restocking fee applies.
You will be sent a confirmation email and invoice once your refund/exchange has been processed.
Please courier the returned items to us with a note stating why the items are being returned or exchanged.
We cannot be held liable for any factory defects. Defective items are subject to our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Zen Attire Shop uses 3rd Party Couriers for deliveries. Products in store will take approximately 1 – 3 working days to be delivered. Products not in store will take approximately 2 – 6 working days to be delivered, if supplier has stock. Outlying areas may take longer to be delivered. Zen Attire Shop will not be held liable for any delays in deliveries by the 3rd Party Couriers.
